This website is owned by AN ARTISAN SERVICES (KT0478404-K). The term ‘AN Therapy’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website. By accessing this Site, ordering Products and/or using the Services, you hereby agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (“Web Terms”). If you do not accept these Web Terms and/or the additional terms, please leave the site and discontinue using our services immediately.
AN ARTISAN SERVICES reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page without prior notification. Please read this page every time you enter into this website so that you are aware of any Terms & Conditions changes.
- Order Policy
When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. AN ARTISAN SERVICES will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
By completing your orders, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. AN ARTISAN SERVICES will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that AN ARTISAN SERVICES is processing your order via the email address you provide. AN ARTISAN SERVICES will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until AN ARTISAN SERVICES has issued this email confirmation.
- Delivery Policy
(a) Delivery Option
Delivery will be made on every Friday for orders confirmed before Thursday 3pm. We do not provide specific time deliveries. However, you will be receiving delivery status update from us once your orders are ready for pickup and when your orders are out for delivery by or our collaborative dispatcher. You are require to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery as we are not liable for failed delivery. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient’s location.
In the event that we require additional lead time to process your order, we will inform you via the email address you provided to arrange for another delivery time.
(b) Self Pick Up Option
If you have opt for self pick up option, you are obligated to arrange your own transportation to collect the orders from our home studio by appointment only.
Please be informed that AN ARTISAN SERVICES requires at least 3 working days to process your order and you will be receiving an email from AN ARTISAN SERVICES once your goods are ready for collection. In the event that AN ARTISAN SERVICES is unable to meet your selected date, AN ARTISAN SERVICES will inform you via the email you provide.

- Returns and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. AN ARTISAN SERVICES strive to arrange and pack our products properly before shipping them to you.
AN ARTISAN SERVICES offers refunds or returns if the products are damaged or wrong item delivered provided that the customer flagged AN ARTISAN SERVICES within 7 days upon successful delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@an_aromatherapy.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded if applicable and according to our discretion, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@an_aromatherapy.com to await further instructions.
Shipping of returns will only be permitted with the concurrence of a representative of AN ARTISAN SERVICES.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ALL CONTENTS INSIDE THE WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. AN ARTISAN SERVICES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WHATSOEVER, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT OR ANY OTHER MATTERS WHICH HAS NEGATIVE IMPACT TO YOU DUE TO USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
AN ARTISAN SERVICES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OTHERS ISSUE WHICH IS NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL OR BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
AN ARTISAN SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OPERATION/BUSINESS HOURS.
- ACCEPTANCE ORDER POLICY
AN ARTISAN SERVICES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR REFUND YOUR ORDERS. IN THE EVENT OF REJECTION, AN ARTISAN SERVICES WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT RECEIVED VIA THE PAYMENT METHOD USED TO PLACE THE ORDER PREVIOUSLY.
KINDLY REFER TO OUR T&C ALL THE TIME TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND/OR THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, PLEASE LEAVE THE SITE AND DISCONTINUE USING OUR SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

Changes to Your Order
If you wish to change your order, please contact AN ARTISAN SERVICES at hello@an_aromatherapy.com. AN ARTISAN SERVICES will do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but AN ARTISAN SERVICE can only guarantee changes (including delivery address and delivery time) if changes are requested 48 hours before the intended delivery day.
AN ARTISAN SERVICE currently accept payment via Paypal or manual online bank transfer only.
Manual online bank transfer are to be done by customers after checkout and include the Order# in the bank slip Ref section for our easy reference.
Prices and Additional Charges
All prices exclude delivery charges and Sales and Service Tax. AN ARTISAN SERVICE reserves the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) AN ARTISAN SERVICE accepts your order. AN ARTISAN SERVICE reserves the right to change prices at any time.
All prices listed on the Website are, to the best of AN ARTISAN SERVICE’s knowledge, accurate at the time of printing. However, the Website may contain inadvertent inaccuracies or typographical errors. These will be corrected at AN ARTISAN SERVICE’s discretion, as they are found. In addition, all prices listed are subject to change at any time without notice.
You acknowledge and agree that any rate or time estimate shown by the Rate Calculator or the Transit Time Calculator or other such tool on the Website for estimating a rate or time is an estimate only and may be different from the actual rates or times for domestic or international carriage of any shipments tendered to AN ARTISAN SERVICE. This may be due to a number of causes including, without limitation, actual dimensions of your shipments, local charges and any unanticipated delays in shipping.

To ensure that AN ARTISAN SERVICE can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information.

Circumstances beyond our control
Adverse weather conditions
During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain, storm, typhoon, and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and AN ARTISAN SERVICE cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, AN ARTISAN SERVICE isn’t able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.
AN ARTISAN SERVICE shall not be liable for any delay or failure in our performance caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure, or any other causes beyond our control. Sift desserts may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, AN ARTISAN SERVICE’s determination shall be final.
AN ARTISAN SERVICE shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond AN ARTISAN SERVICE’s reasonable control.
Your use of the Website and these Terms and Conditions and a Contract (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Malaysia. Both AN ARTISAN SERVICE and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between AN ARTISAN SERVICE shall be made or conducted in the English language.
